摘要
以2,4-二氯苯酚(DCP)与牛血清白蛋白的偶联物DCP—BSA为人工抗原,免疫新西兰大白兔,获得特异性的抗体。建立并优化了荧光免疫检测方法,工作曲线表明DCP在1~100μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:IF=21.301gρ+29.13,相关系数r=0,9915,DCP检出限为0.41μg/L,抑制中质量浓度为9.18μg/L,且对其它结构类似酚类化合物均有特异性识别。本法可应用于检测环境中微量的2,4-二氯苯酚。
A specific anti-2,4-dichlorophenol(DCP) antibody with high titer was obtained through immunizing the New Zealand white rabbits with the artificial antigen, viz. DCP-BSA. An indirect competitive fluorescent immunoassay for DCP was thus established. Under optimized conditions, the linear range of the calibration curve for DCP was 1- 100μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 991 5 and a detection limit of 0.41 μg/L. The cross-reaction tests indicated that most of the phenolic compounds with analogous structures did not interfere the detection of DCP. The developed method can be used to detect micro amount of DCP in environment.
