Determination of the Ratio of α-Glucopyranosides to β-Glucopyra- nosides in Alkyl Polyglucosides by ^1H NMR Spectrometry

摘要 报道了一种采用1H NMR快速分析烷基多苷(APGs)中α-吡喃糖苷和β-吡喃糖苷比例的方法。以重水为溶剂,同时加入氘代三氟乙酸,使活泼氢的信号移到低场,消除了干扰,可同时较准确地计算APGs的DP值以及α-和β-吡喃糖苷的比例。该方法可作为一种APGs产品质量检测和控制的快速分析方法。 A method for the rapid determination of the ratio of α- to β-glucopyranosides in alkyl polyglucosides by ^1H NMR spectrometry was reported. Heavy water(D20) was used as solvent to eliminate the hydroxyl interference by substituting the active hydrogen with deuterium, and CFaCOOD was added so that the HDO interference signal could be shifted paramagnetically. Thus the degree of polymerization of APGs and the ratio of α-glucopyranosides to β-glucopyranosides could be calculated more accurately. This method can be used for the rapid detection and quality control of APGs products.
