摘要
目的:研究怀山药Dioscoreaopposite的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为棕榈酸(1),β-谷甾醇(2),油酸(3),β-谷甾醇醋酸酯(4),5-羟甲基-糠醛(5),壬二酸(6),β-胡萝卜苷(7),环(苯丙氨酸-酪氨酸)(8),环(酪氨酸-酪氨酸)(9),柠檬酸单甲酯(10),柠檬酸双甲酯(11),柠檬酸三甲酯(12)。结论:化合物3—12为首次从山药中分离得到,其中化合物8,9为首次从薯蓣科植物中分离得到的环二肽类型化合物,化合物9为新天然产物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea opposita. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, and the structures were elucidated by their spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties. Result: Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as palmitic acid (1)β-sitosterol (2), oleic acid (3)β-sitosterol acetate ( 4 ) , 5- ( hydroxymethyl ) furfural ( 5 ) , nonanedioic acid ( 6 ) , β-daucosterol ( 7 ) , cyclo- (Phe-Tyr) ( 8 ) , cyclo- (Tyr-Tyr) (9), 6-methyl citrate ( 10), 1,5-dimethyl citrate ( 11 ) , trimethyl citrate (12). Conclusion: Compounds 3-12 were isolated from this plant for the first time and cyclodipeptides were firstly isolated from the Dioscoreae family; Compound 9 was a new natural product.
