摘要
采用粉末活性炭/超滤组合工艺处理微污染原水,考察了对浊度和UV254的去除效果,并根据由无因次和赋权法推导出的综合评价指标确定了最佳操作条件。结果表明,各工况的出水浊度<0.39NTU,UV254<0.06cm-1,水质稳定可靠;混凝剂(聚合氯化铝铁)投加量和抽停时间比对去除浊度的影响显著,粉末活性炭投加量对出水UV254的影响明显;使出水浊度和UV254达最低的运行条件不同,可分别由最小水平效应值确定各自的因素最佳水平组合;综合考虑出水水质和经济因素,确定较佳的运行工况为:混凝剂投量为1mg/L,粉末活性炭投加量为300mg,抽停时间比为15min/3min,曝气量为0.25m3/h。
The combined process of powdered activated carbon (PAC) and ultrafiltration was applied to treat micro-polluted raw water, and the optimal operation conditions were determined according to the comprehensive evaluation indexes derived by dimensionless and weighting methods. The results indicate that the treated water turbidity is generally under 0.39 NTU, and UV254 is less than 0.06 cm^1 The coagulant dosage and the ratio of suction time to pause time have a significant effect on turbidity removal while PAC dosage has a significant effect on UV254 removal. The conditions of best turbidity removal are different from those of best UV254 removal, which can be determined by the smallest effective values, respectively. Taking the treated Water quality and economic factors into comprehensive consideration, the optimal operation conditions are determined as follows: coagulant dosage is 1 mg/L, PAC dosage is 300 mg, ratio of suction time to pause time is 15 min:3 min and aeration rate is 0.25 m^/h.
