摘要
该文就当前中国资本市场开放、合格境内和境外机构投资者制度取得的进展以及相关政策的未来动向等有关问题做一简要介绍,指出这两项制度既符合中国循序渐进推动资本市场开放的战略方针,顺应了中国近年来的国际收支的发展形势,也充分考虑了对于相关风险的控制,同时,通过相互间的竞争与合作,有助于培养境内机构投资者的经营能力,改进投资理念。
This paper briefs on the opening of China＇s capital market, the progress of the QDII and QFII systems, and the policy trends in the future. According to the author, the two systems have been introduced under China＇s strategy to promote the gradual opening of the capital market. The development of the two systems takes risk-control into consideration and is in line with China＇s BOP in recent years. The QDII and QFII systems, by enhancing competition and cooperation, help domestic institutional investors raise operational capability and upgrade investment ideas.
