2008年2月26日,中国外汇交易中心发布2007年度银行间外汇市场优秀做市商、优秀会员和优秀交易员名单。根据此次评选,法国巴黎银行上海分行荣获交易优秀奖、最佳进步奖、最具做市潜力奖三个奖项,其交易员邱晓明被评为优秀交易员。该行是获奖最多的非做市商银行,也在为早日成为银行间外汇市场的做市商进行不懈的努力。本刊特此采访了该行上海分行的固定收益部主管、交易室主管张人蟠。

On February 26, 2008, the China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) named the Excellent Market Makers, Members and Traders for the 2007 interbank FX market. In the CFETS list, BNP Paribas Shanghai Branch won three awards: Excellent Member, Most-Improved Member, and Member with Most Market-Making Potential. BNP Paribas dealer Qiu Xiaoming was among the Excellent Traders. BNP Paribas Shanghai Branch, which was the biggest winner among non market-makers, is, however, making unremitting efforts to become a market-maker in China’s interbank FX market. David Chang, Fixed Income Head of BNP Paribas Shanghai Branch, tells Chinamoney about BNP Paribas’s strategy in the country’s FX market.
