摘要 气体扩散层用碳纤维纸是质子交换膜燃料电池中十分重要的组件。利用国产碳纤维毡制备了碳纤维纸,研究了短切碳纤维和树脂碳含量对碳纤维纸性能的影响,并采用分形维数的方法表征了碳纤维纸的结构。结果表明,当碳纤维纸中短切碳纤维与树脂碳体积分数比为1∶0.7时,碳纤维纸的力学性能和透气率能够得到很好的兼顾。当短切碳纤维和树脂碳的体积含量总计为25%时,碳纤维纸具有良好的整体性能。分形维数对比结果显示,自制碳纤维纸的微结构与东丽(Toray)碳纤维纸相似。 Carbon fiber paper plays an important role as a gas diffusion layer in proton exchange membrane fuel cell. In this work, carbon fiber paper was made from domestic carbon felt and the influence of varying short-cut carbon fiber content and resin carbon content on the properties of carbon fiber paper were studied. The fractal dimension was used to characterize the structure of the carbon fiber paper. The results showed that when the ratio of short-cut carbon fiber to resin carbon is 1:0.7, the carbon fiber paper has good tensile strength as well as gas permeability. When the volume proportion of short-cut carbon fiber and resin carbon reaches 25 %, the properties of the carbon fiber paper are markedly improved. Comparison of fractal dimensions indicates that the microstructure of the carbon fiber paper produced is similar to that of commercial Toray carbon fiber paper.
