摘要
中学语文教学改革必须以科学发展观为指导。在具体分析过去历次改革中存在主要问题的基础上，建立科学的语文学科理论，明确学科的基本性质和基本任务，组建以语言教学为主要线索的教学体系，精选课文，合理编排教材，坚持语文教学特有的教学原则，加强理论研究和科学实验。
The Chinese teaching reform should be guided by the idea of scientific development. Based on the analysis of previous problems of reforms , we are supposed to build up scientific Chinese subject theory, make clear the basic character and tasks of the subject, constitute the subject system centered on language teaching, select texts and compile textbooks rationally, stick to the specific teaching principles of Chinese teaching, reinforce theory research and science experiment.
