摘要
社会成员对社会资源的占有状况不同,从而形成了不同的社会阶层。作为一个职业群体,教师的收入反映教师职业的基本经济状况,同时也表明教师职业在社会阶层中的经济地位。教师职业的声望等级可以作为一般意义上的职业地位指标,折射出人们的价值取向,对收入和权利起着平衡和纠偏作用。教师的社会阶层对其生活方式、兴趣和惯习产生深刻影响,并深深地植根于角色关系及社会交往之中。
The social member's states of occupying social resources are different, thus form different social stratum.As a professional community, teachers' income reflects their basic economic situation,and shows the economic status in the social stratum of teaching profession. In general, teacher's professional popularity can be regarded as the index of occupational status, which indicates people's value orientation and plays the role of equilibrium and rectify a deviation in the income and power. Teacher's social stratum has a great influence on his life style, interests and habits, which is planted deeply in the relation of the roles and social communication.
