摘要 树突状细胞是体内最主要的抗原提呈细胞,在机体抗肿瘤免疫中起重要作用.近年来以树突状细胞为基础的肺癌治疗已成为研究的热点并有广阔的发展前景. Dendritic cell is the major antigen-presenting cell in innate immunity and play an important role cancer suppresion. Dendritic cell-based lung cancer therapy have been in intense investigation in the last few years.
