摘要
用S180瘤株接种昆明种小鼠建成S180实体瘤模型,采用扶正抑瘤汤中药灌胃治疗,用端粒酶试剂盒检测肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性,用全自动血液流变仪检测全血黏度.结果显示:各中药治疗组肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性较NS荷瘤组明显降低,P<0.001;荷瘤模型组呈高血黏状态,各治疗组全血黏度明显降低,P<0.001.说明肿瘤细胞端粒酶的活性被抑制,是扶正抑瘤汤影响癌细胞的增殖周期,同时有效改善荷瘤小鼠高血黏状态,发挥了抗肿瘤作用.
Kunming mice was inoculated with tumor cell S180, and drugs administered by gastrogavage. Tumor cell telomerease activity and blood viscosity was measured. Compared with control, telomerease activity was reduced significantly by Fuzheng-Yiliu Decotion (P〈0. 001). In addition, tumor-bearing mice had high blood viscosity. After Fuzheng-Yiliu Decoction blood viscosity decreased significantly (P〈0.001). Fuzheng-Yiliu Decoction can inhibit telomerease activity and decrease blood viscosity, which may explain tumor cells become resistant to Fuzheng-Yiliu Decoction.
