摘要
目的:了解海洛因依赖不同个体对海洛因敏感程度及与某些因素相关的差异。方法:选取2007年6月-2007年12月在深圳市公安局强制戒毒所戒毒的男性海洛因依赖者,由调查者一对一详细询问,10天后重复询问。以达到"飘"感受所需不同吸毒的次数,将海洛因依赖者分为易飘组、可飘组、不飘组,分析其与三级亲属、吸毒量、吸毒方式和戒断时间的关系,以SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果:不同个体对海洛因的敏感程度是不同的。易飘组人群的亲属吸毒率高于可飘组及不飘组,有显著性差异(χ2=10.08,P<0.01)。三组人群吸毒方式由烫吸改为静脉注射的趋势比较,不飘组较小,但统计学分析无显著性差异(χ2=4.44,P>0.05),可能是调查的样本量较小,差异未能显现出来。三组人群日均吸毒剂量有显著性差异(F=5.92,P<0.01),不飘组日均吸毒剂量较少,显著低于其他两组。最长操守期三组之间无差异(H=0.95,P>0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖个体之间存在着遗传信息的不同,可能从某种程度上决定了他们吸毒和复吸行为等方面的差异。如能依据可量化的评价指标对这一群体加以分层研究,对揭示吸毒行为的相关基因、成瘾机制、有效控制复吸无疑将拓展一条思路。本调查依据"飘"感受不同分组的分子生物学机制/基础研究还在进行中。
Objective: To understand sensitivity level that addicts to heroin and the difference of some factors related. Methods: The inspector inspected male heroin dependents who detoxified in Compulsory Detoxification Center of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau from June 2007 to Dec.2007. The same inspection as mentioned above was done ten days later to make sure the result believable. According to different times of drug-taking to acquire hedonic dimension, the heroin dependent group could be divided into three sections respectively called high hedo- nic, generally hedonic and no hedonic. The relations between these three sections and four factors (including relatives, drug-taking dose, pattern and rehabilitation time) were analyzed. The inspection result was statistically analyzed by using SPSS11.5 software. Results: The sensitivity level of different individual to heroin was different. The drug-taking rate of the relatives of high hedonic section was higher than the relatives of the other two sections. Statistical analysis showed significant difference(X^2= 10.08, P〈0.01 ). Possibility of change of drug-taking style from chasing dragon to injection was lower to high hedonic section than to the other two sections, but perhaps inspection sample was too small to show the difference, so statistical analysis (X^2=4.44, P〉0.05) didn't show significant difference. The daily drug-taking dose of the three sections showed significant difference using by ANOVA (F=5. 92, P〈0.01). Daily drug-taking dose of no hedonic section was lower than the other two sections. The largest abstinent time didn't differ among the three sections using statistical analysis. Conclusions: The heroin dependents' own differences in some respects (e.g. hereditary information) decide the differences of their drug-taking and relapse. It is no doubt that a new thinking will be expanded to uncover the drug-taking action, addiction mechanism and effectively controlling relapse if the heroin dependent group is studied according to the index of quantity evaluation. In this inspection, the heroin dependent group is divided into three sections to study according to their hedonic dimension, and the protein analysis is ongoing.
