摘要
电子商务改变了传统交易方式和贸易形态,给我们的生活带来了很多便利。然而,电子商务也给我们带来了许多新的问题和挑战,特别是消费者隐私权在电子商务中不能受到很好保护的问题日渐突出。我国电子商务中消费者隐私权保护的制约因素主要有传统文化、具体国情等。我国电子商务中消费者隐私权的保护应当汲取国外的成功经验,加强对获取交易纪录等个人信息的法律规制。
The electronic commerce has changed the traditional transaction way and the trade shape and brought much more convenience for our lives. However, the electronic commerce also brings lots of new questions and challenges to us, especially the protection of consumer's privacy in E - commerce. China should study oversea experiences to strengthen the protection of consumer's privacy in E - commerce by restricting illegal obtainment of consumer's private information.
