摘要
目的:对某三级甲等医院的护理人员进行等级划分。方法:采用Delphi法对某三级甲等医院15名护理管理人员就护理人员等级划分相关问题进行咨询。结果:经过二轮专家咨询,得到较高的条目合理性权重和专家意见协调程度,制定出详细的护理人员等级划分体系。结论:通过能级匹配的原则对护理人员进行等级划分,可以实现患者的护理服务资源供给公平化,确保患者的安全,同时也能保护护理人员自身的利益不受侵犯。
Objective: To classify the nursing faculty in one Ⅲ-A general hospital Method: 15 nursing managers were consulted for nurse classification using the Delphi method. Results: High scores in the weight of rationality and attitude harmony degree were gained after two-round consultatiort, and a system of nursing faculty classification was made according to the experts' advices. Conclusion: With the principle of abilityclass match of nurses, the nursing faculty was classified in order to reach the fair allocation of nursing resources among patients and ensure patients' security as well as nurses'.
