摘要 目的:对急诊科护士继续教育需求和影响因素进行调查、分析,并提出管理措施。方法:采用自行设计的开放式问卷调查表,对46名护士进行调查、统计和分析。结果:通过继续教育,护士增长了多方面知识、提高了临床护理能力和业务水平;专科知识及新技术、急救监护和应急技能、外语、心理学、药物知识、法律法规成为首选继续教育内容;影响继续教育的因素主要是听课时间段忙于临床工作,没有及时得到信息,课程内容不新颖,授课老师水平不高等。结论:补充实用的继续教育内容、采取多样的学习形式、发挥护理部及急诊科不同的继续教育职能、改进管理措施减少阻碍学习的影响因素,使急诊科护士继续教育更加有效。 Objective: This study aimed to analyze the emergency nurses’ demands of continuing education and the influencing factors so as to develop the management strategies. Methods: 46 nurses completed a self-designed open questionnaire. Results: Through continuing education, the nurses’ knowledge and clinical nursing ability were improved. The primary contents of continuing education included advanced special skills, emergency monitor and techniques, foreign language and psychological, phar-macal and legal knowledge. The influencing factors mainly reported were as followings: time conflict between work and study, limited information, dated content of courses and less qualified teachers. Conclusion: The content of the continuing education should be enriched and be practical. More practical study methods could be provided and the functions of nursing and emergency department should be distinguished. Additionally, more management measures should be taken to reduce the obstacles of the continuing education.
