利用毛细管气相质谱联用法分析当归和川芎的化学成分，也为杜仲虎骨丸等中成药进行了较好的定性鉴别．结果证明，方法准确．重现性好，专属性强，不受其它共存成分的干扰，适用于当归、川芎的制剂作定性鉴别．

The capillary GC'MS combination was used to analyse the chemical compositions inRadix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma identification of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong got from native Hongkong and traditional Chinese patentmedicines Duzhonghugu Pills,etc. In conclusion, this method is accurate with a good reproducibility and strong specificity without the interference from ether co - existent compositions,which suggested that it be available for qualitative identification of the preparationswith Radix Angelicae Sinensis aam Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong
