Investigation nurses’ knowledge of infusion reaction

目的:了解临床护士对预防输液反应相关知识的认知程度及实施现状。方法:采用整群调查法,自制调查表。内容为:预防输液反应相关知识;配制输液用药的基本要求;无菌操作技术;处理输液反应临床实践。调查了195名护理人员。结果:护理人员对输液反应的预防意识和相关知识认知欠缺;无菌观念不强,操作不够规范,配置药物中存在不安全隐患。结论:护理人员必须加强预防输液反应相关知识学习,规范管理,建立健全输液过程中应当遵循的规程和制度,保证临床输液安全。

Objective： To investigate the knowledge of nurses about infusion reac-tion and implementation condition. Methods： 195 nurses were investigated about knowl-edge of infusion reaction prevention, the basic requirement of infusion preparation, aseptic technique, and infusion reaction treatment. Results： The nurses had short of awareness and related knowledge of infusion reaction prevention. The aseptic concept of nurses was not good, and the technique of nurses was not standard, and there were some unsafe dangers during infusion preparation. Conclusion： It was necessary to strengthen the learning of infusion reaction knowledge, standardize management, es-tablish and perfect the procedure and system during infusion in order to safeguard the clinical infusion.
