6Sigma管理原理在降低喉癌术后呼吸道感染中的应用

The application of 6-sigma management theory in respiratory infection preven-tion after the laryngeal cancer operation

目的:规范喉癌术后护理的操作规程,降低病人术后呼吸道感染率。方法:应用6Sigma管理体系中的DMAIC模式,即定义、测量、分析、改进和控制5个步骤,对喉癌术后护理的流程和步骤进行分析,改进护理操作流程,比较改进前(对照组)与改进后(试验组)喉癌病人术后呼吸道感染率。结果:实施6Sigma管理法后,降低了喉癌病人呼吸道的感染率,对照组和试验组病人的感染率分别为34.0%和4.2%。经统计学处理,P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论:合理有效的6Sigma管理模式可充分发挥护士的潜能,降低喉癌术后病人的呼吸道感染率。

Objective This study aimed to develop the post-operation nursing regu-lation for laryngeal cancer patients so as to reduce the respiratory infection incidence. Methods DMAIC model in 6-sigma management theory was implemented. Post-opera-tion nursing care was analyzed and modified through 5 steps of ‘define, measure, analyze, modify and control’. Respiratory infection incidence of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group. Results The respiratory infection incidence was decreased after the implementation of 6-sigma management. The incidence of the control group and experimental group were 34.0% and 4.2%, respectively, which showed a significant statistic difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion 6-sigma management model could inspire the potential of the nurses and decrease the respiratory infection incidence of laryngeal cancer patients after the operation.
