DNA 图像分析在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用

APPLICATION OF DNA IMAGE ANALYSIS TO DIAGNOSIS OF CARCINOMA OF ENDOMETRIUM

目的探讨ＤＮＡ图像分析在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对１０例增生期子宫内膜及３２例子宫内膜癌进行细胞ＤＮＡ含量测定及图象分析。结果增生期子宫内膜组细胞ＤＮＡ含量、倍体值、ＤＮＡ指数及核面积与子宫内膜癌组细胞ＤＮＡ含量、倍体值、ＤＮＡ指数以及核面积相比，Ｐ＜０．０１，有显著性差异。３２例子宫内膜癌均有超５倍体细胞出现，而增生期子宫内膜组无超５倍体细胞出现。结论ＤＮＡ图像分析能客观反映肿瘤生物学特点；子宫内膜癌变时，细胞ＤＮＡ含量明显增高，且有非整倍体细胞出现，说明细胞增生活跃。

Objective To study the application of DNA image analysis to diagnosis of carcinoma of endometrium.Methods Nuclear DNA content of 10 samples of proliferative endometrium and 32 samples of carcinoma of endometrium was determined and analysed by DNA image analysis system.Results There existed significant differences between carcinoma of endometrium and proliferative endometrium in nuclear DNA content, DNA ploiy, DNA index and nuclear area (P<0.01). 5C cells were found in all 32 samples of carcinoma of endometrium, but none in the 10 samples of proliferative endometrium.Conclusions DNA image analysis may show the biologic character of tumors. When the nuclear DNA content is significantly higher and there are aneuploids in the endometrium, active cell proliferation is implied.
