东莨菪碱对大鼠下丘脑室旁核精氨酸升压素的影响

INFLUENCE OF SCOPOLAMINE ON THE CONCENTRATION OF ARGININE-VASOPRESSIN IN RAT PARAVENTRICULAR NUCLEUS

观察东莨菪碱（ｓｃｏｐｏｌａｍｉｅ，Ｓｃｏｐ）对大鼠下丘脑旁室核精氨酸升压素的影响。方法以不同浓度Ｓｃｏｐ推挽灌流大鼠下丘脑室旁核（ｐａｒａｖｅｎｔｒｉｃｕｌａｒｎｕｃｌｅｕｓ，ＰＶＮ）。结果挽出液中精氨酸升压素（ａｒｇｉｎｉｎｅ－ｖａｓｏｐｒｅｓｓｉｎ，ＡＶＰ）含量随推挽时间延长而增多。结论Ｓｃｏｐ可促进ＰＶＮ释放内源性ＡＶＰ，这对了解Ｓｃｏｐ抗休克的机理有重大的意义。

Objective To observe the influence of scopolamine (Scop) on the concentration of arginine-vasopressin (AVP) in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) in rats.Method Push-pull technique was used to perfuse the PVN with Scop of varied concentrations.ResultThe concentration of AVP in pulled-out fluid increased with the concentration of Scop and the length of perfusion time.Conclusion Scop stimulates the release of intrinsic AVP. Theresults would helpinunderstanding the mechanism of Scop′s antishock effect.
