摘要
建国后人民群众通过来信来访的方式向党和政府反映大量的社会问题,主要集中在失业问题、干部的官僚主义和违法乱纪问题以及"三农"问题。信访工作在建国初期对于化解各种社会矛盾和推动社会建设起了重要作用。
After the founding of the People's Republic of China the public reported in the form of letters and visits to the Party and government various social problems centering around unemploy- ment,bureaucratism and violation of the law and discipline on the part of the cadres,and problems about agriculture,peasants and countryside.The work for handling complaints in the form of letters and visits from the public played a vital role for dissolving various social contradictions and pushing forward social development in the period just after the founding of New China.
