The article mainly introduces the application of the total line technique of PROFIBUS in the numerical control system reformation to one roll grinder of some hot mill factory. The PROFIBUS is a correspondence system with whole distribute type opening. The transmission stability of signal is increased with this technology, the workload of the manufacturing tool machine is reduced and it has obtained obvious result in actual usage.
