在线好氧呼吸速率测量方法的研究

The Study on On-line Measure Method of Aerobic Respiration Rate

首先对好氧呼吸速率不同的在线测量方法的发展进行了探讨,并分析了不同方法存在的主要问题和应用限制。针对存在问题给出了一种呼吸速率在线测量的新方法。这种方法是使用一个溶解氧传感器,根据进出呼吸室的溶解氧质量分数,通过在线测量和计算获得呼吸速率。最后对这种方法的影响因素及各种软硬件问题进行了研究。

In this paper, several on-line measure methods of respiration rate are reviewed and the limitations of those methods are analyzed. A new on-line measure method is put forward to solve the problem of those methods. In this method, only one DO probe is used. According to the DO concentration in the inlet and outlet of the closed respiration chamber measured with the probe, the respiration rate can be measured and calculated on-line. In addition, the impacting factor using this method, such as problem about software, are researched.
