关于和谐社会的宏微观分析

On harmonious society's macro &micro analysis

和谐社会需要转变发展观念、创新发展模式。"以和谐寻求发展"新思路的贯彻实施亟待理论和实践上的重大突破。这决定了我们的社会经济发展必须实现"三个超越":超越经济增长、超越市场经济、超越资本主义,而它们的满足又离不开个体行为动机对"理性人"假设的超越这一基本前提。本文尝试引进规范分析和伦理考虑,由宏观基础出发探讨和谐社会应有的微观基础,通过引入"后理性人"概念对社会主义市场经济的微观主体行为进行深入分析,并从宏微观融合和互为条件的角度对如何建设和谐社会提出了一些看法。

A harmonious society needs to transit the concept of development,innovate development model.To carry out the new idea of ＂ Development with Harmony＂,we need to implement a major breakthrough both on the theory and practice.It means that our socio-economic development must achieve ＂Three Exceed＂： exceed economic growth; exceed the market economy and exceed capitalism.Meeting this three exceed can＇t do without exceeding the basic precondition of the ＂Rational Man＂ hypothesis on the motives of individual behavior.This paper attempts to introduce the normative analysis and ethical considerations,starting from macro basis,explore on the micro foundation a harmonious society need.By introducing the concept of ＂ Post Rational man＂,we try to do an in-depth analysis on main microcosmic conduct of the socialist market economy.And put forward some remarks on how to build a harmonious society from the micro-macro integration and reciprocal conditions.
