The network economy is following Internet popularization and the development but produces,already to the modern enterprise＇s research and development,the production,the management and management each link has had the significant influence.This paper analyzes present situation in development of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise,and explores the opportunity and challenge in future development of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise.
