摘要
人力资源的竞争已成为高校后勤企业竞争的关键,因此,加强人力资源的管理与开发已成为我国高校后勤企业取得竞争优势的重要法宝。本文分析了我国高校人力资源管理面临的问题,并提出了相关的优化措施。
The competition of human resource has become the key of the competition of college logistic enterprises,strengthens the management and development of human resources has become an important magic weapon for domestic college logistic enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.This paper analyzes the problems of human resource management of logistic enterprise in domestic colleges,and proposes related measures of optimization.
