摘要 研究了过氧化氢酶及辣根过氧化物酶对废纸浆过氧化氢漂白的影响。结果表明:在碱性条件下,两种酶的存在加剧了过氧化氢的分解,且过氧化氢酶催化分解过氧化氢的能力要强于辣根过氧化物酶。 The influence of catalase and horseradish peroxidase on hydrogen peroxide bleaching of wastepaper pulp was investigated. The results show that under alkaline con- dition the addition of the two enzymes aggravate the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and the ability of catalase to catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was better than that of horseradish peroxidase.
