摘要
利用自行设计的内循环厌氧反应器对草浆黑液进行处理试验研究,确定了处理草浆黑液时的产气动力学模型和基质降解动力学模型。在35±2℃、pH7.3~7.8、C∶N∶P=350∶50∶1和黑液COD浓度为1000~5000mg/L条件下,产气系数为0.091h-1,污泥床区与精处理区基质降解动力学常数分别为101.3h-1和0.021h-1。COD去除率可达70.08%。
Straw pulp black liquor was treated with a self-designed internal circulation anaerobic reactor and the aerosis kinetic model and substrate degradation kinetic model for straw pulp black liquor treatment were determined. Under the conditions of 35±2℃, pH 7.3-7.8, C:N:P = 350:50:1 and black liquor COD consis- tency 1000-5000mg / L, the gas production factor was 0.091h-1, sludge bed region and precision process region substrate degradation dynamic constants were 101. 3h^-1 and 0.021h^-1, the maximum COD removal rate was 70.08%.
