改性PAE-St纸张湿强剂的合成与应用

摘要 先对聚酰胺接入疏水侧链,然后与环氧氯丙烷反应合成出改性PAE,最后与苯乙烯进行乳液聚合得到一种纸张增强剂。探讨了各步反应的物料配比、反应时间、反应温度等因素的影响,确定了最佳合成条件。与传统PAE增强剂分别添加于纸浆抄片,测定干强度、湿强度和相对湿强度。结果表明:干湿强度与传统PAE增强剂相比都有所提高,而且很好的改善了纸张的柔软性。 A paper strengthening agent was synthesized by reacting polyaminoamide to form a hydrophobic side-chain first, then re- acting with epichlorohydrin to form modified resin, at last by polymerized with styrene. The influencing factors such as material match, reaction time and reaction temperature were discussed and the optimum condition was determined. The product and the traditional PAE strengthening agent were separately added on pulp to make sheets to measure their dry strength, wet strength and relative .wet strength. The results show that it has an increase in dry and wet strength compared with the traditional PAE strengthening agent and paper softness is improved greatly.
