变频电动阀门在纸浆浓度控制中的应用

摘要 普通电动阀门采用恒速电机控制精度,由于转速不匹配、流体速度变化、阀门的机械惯性等原因,控制精度较低。而变频电动阀门是智能型变频电动执行器与控制阀门的结合体,其主回路采取变频器结构,控制精度可以很高。本文通过主回路、起动制动方式、伺服功能等方面介绍纸浆浓度控制使用的变频电动阀门的结构与特点。 The normal dynamoelectric valve adopts constant speed mo- tors for precision control and results in low control precision because of the unmatching in speed, fluid velocity change and the mechanical in- ertia of the valve, whereas inverter dynamoelectric valve is the combi- nation of the intelligent inverter actuator and control valve, whose main circuit is a frequency converter structure with a high control precision. The paper introduced the structure and characteristics of the inverter dynamoelectric valve in pulp consistency control through the description of its main loop, start-braking method and servo function.
