Present Status and Development Tendency of Shotcrete Machine

对双罐式喷射机、螺旋输送式喷射机、鼓轮式喷射机，甩浆机和转子式喷射机的现状介绍及其优缺点的正确评价，指出未来的转子式系列喷射机将沿着环保（降尘）、经济（减弹）、防粘防堵等新型结构趋向发展。

The high development of the shotcrete support technology in underground engineering projects and underground mine shaft and roadway has provided a market and opportunity for the development, manufacturing and sales of the shotcrete equipment in China. The number of the registered shotcrete machines in China was about 5900 sets in the year of 1996 and the annual sales of the shotcrete machines is about 800 to 900 sets. This paper introduced the structural features, technical performances, technical features, advantages and disadvantages of the double tank type, screw rotary type, hub wheel type, slurry type and rotor type shotcrete machines. The rotor type shotcrete machine was considered as the best, most popularized and welcomed shotcrete machine in the applications and the double tank type was considered as the second best shotcrete machine. The new development of the rotor type shotcrete machine should be toward to the direction of environmental, practical and wet type. The dust density of the rotor type shotcrete machine should be met with the national standard. The sealing performance of the seal plate should be improved. The air leakage should be reduced. The water quantity added to the shotcrete jet gun should be sufficient. The main parts of the shotcrete machine should be generalized and have a long service life. The rebounding rate should be reduced. The new developed shotcrete machine should spray the shotcrete with a high water content. The feed chamber and feed bunker should be vertical, and be lined with stick proof resin material and equipped with material jam proof device and alarm device.
