Issues in Building Local College Teachers Team and Their Improvement

地方高校师资存在总量不足、学历结构不合理、队伍不稳定、师德建设有待加强、科学研究远离区域社会实际需要等问题。地方高校加强师资队伍建设,就必须稳定现有师资队伍,激励广大教师并充分调动他们的积极性、创造性,如此才能实现地方高校师资队伍建设的可持续发展。

Some serious issues exist in local colleges such as inadequate teachers, irrational structure of teachers＇degree, unstable teachers＇ team, teachers＇ moral building needed to be strengthening, and scientific research away from the regional social demands. This paper has pointed out that building the local college teachers＇ team must stabilize the present teachers＇ teams and stimulate their active and innovative competence so as to achieve its sustainable development.
