Intensive Management in Ideological and Political Work of College Students

针对新形势下大学生思想状况的变化与思想政治工作中存在的问题,应将精细化管理思想引入思想政治工作领域,切实加强思想政治工作队伍建设,不断改革创新,采取多样化的管理形式,根据不同的对象采取不同的方法,充分调动学生的积极性与主动性,实现"以人为本"的教育方针,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

Under the new circumstances, some issues exist in the change of college students＇mind and the management of ideological and political work. This paper has pointed out that intensive management should be introduced into this field to enforce the building of work team. With the innovation and reform, various forms of management, and methods used for different students, this sort of management will arouse students＇ enthusiasm and initiative and help gain the education principle of ＂human -orientation＂ to train the socialist builders and successors in an all -round way.
