回燃式抛煤机锅炉飞灰分离装置的实验研究

摘要 对国内抛煤机锅炉的现状和存在的问题进行了介绍和简要分析,指出加装飞灰复燃装置是实现抛煤机锅炉节能环保改造的关键技术之一。采用旋风分离器作为飞灰分离装置并对其进行冷态试验研究,表明:入口烟速为20 m/s,入口含尘浓度为8 000 mg/Nm3的情况下,对于粒径在75 um及以上的颗粒,旋风分离器的分离效率可以达到95%以上。 Giving analysis to the problems and reasons in stoker-fired boiler. The methods for their solution in our country are summarized and explicated. Point out the flying ash Back - Fed equipment is one of the key technologies in improving the stoker - fired boiler from saving and cleaning . Using the cyclone separator as the flying ash separating equipment and pointing out the experiment datas that 20 m/s input speed , 8 000 mg/Nm^3 separating thickness; the separating efficiency can reach 95% for the grain whose diameter is larger than 75um on the normal temperature.
