摘要
分析了作为辐射蒸发受热面的膜式水冷壁布置于干熄焦余热锅炉的竖直烟道内,在低热负荷下水循环安全问题。干熄焦余热锅炉中的膜式水冷壁与传统锅炉中的膜式水冷壁的受热情况、自然水循环情况均不相同,对膜式水冷壁的布置及影响其自然循环安全性的因素进行分析,并提出相应的改善措施,为干熄焦余热锅炉的研发提供设计依据。
As the radiation heating surface , the membrane wall is installed in the down pass of the CDQ waste-heat boiler. Studies the water circulation safety of the membrane wall under low heat flux. The heating condition and the natural circulation of the membrane wall in the CDQ waste - heat boiler are different from that in the traditional boilers. The arrangement of the membrane wall and the influencing factor on the natural circulation safety as well as the corresponding improvement measures are analyzed. It aims at offering some design basement of the CDQ waste - heat boiler for further research and development.
