浮选生产过程智能控制系统

摘要 针对选煤厂浮选生产过程这样一类复杂工业过程,设计了一种基于专家系统和模糊控制的专家模糊控制器,用于实现选煤厂浮选生产过程的仿人智能控制,并在老虎台选煤厂浮选生产过程控制中得到应用,取得了较好经济效益。 The floatation processing is a complicated production processing with a nonlinear,time variation,multi variation It is too difficult to build an accurate numerical mode for the floatation processing,but a fuzzy controller could be used for a easy control of the processing With the variation of the coal property and the different chemicals used,it will have not have a good result for the conventional fuzzy control Base on the principle of the artificial intelligent,an expert fuzzy control system is designed with a combination of an expert system and a fuzzy controlled intelligent control system According to the features of the coal,chemical and floatation machine,the expert fuzzy system can adjust or select different fuzzy control code to have a artificial intelligent control for the floatation processing Therefore,the density of the coal slurry to be prepared will be stabilized at the optimum scope and the chemical and coal ratio will be kept at a optimum value Also the coal slurry to be prepared for the different floatation machines can be controlled within the optimum scope in order to increase the cleaned coal production rate and coal quality,to have the purposes of the chemical and maintenance fee saving and to have good economic and social benefits
