皮带轮式离合器故障浅析

摘要 主动、从动部分接触压力变小或不均衡而使离合器打滑;主动、从部分接触面积减小而使离合器打滑。压盘、从动盘翘曲变形,压盘、从动盘移动受阻使离合器分离不彻底;变速箱第一轴的轴承间隙过大,离合器自由行程过大,工作行程过小,离合器分离不彻底。 Clutch slips because the contact pressure of the driving part and driven part reduces or is imbalanced or the contact area reduces. Clutch cover and driven disc are warped and deformed, with their moving obstructed, causing drag separation of clutch; the bearing clearance of the primary shaft of gearbox is over big, the free travel of clutch is over big while work travel is small, the clutch can't be completely disengaged.
