在防爆施工环境中对蓄电池变频电机车配置电压的研究

摘要 介绍了一种在防爆施工环境中对矿用变频电机车蓄电池电压的合理选择与配置的方法。该方法的核心是:机车所配置的电压,能够在确保机车正常工作的前题下,最大限度地抑制住机车在快速运行中由发电反馈导致的高电压和过电压现象,这种电压配置既能提高机车的防爆安全性能,同时也使机车具备了强大的发电反馈制动能力。 A way to select and configure the voltages for a coal mine frequency conversion electric truck with storage battery is present, which is driven in a hazardous location. The voltage eonfigttred fights back a high voltage and ore- rvoltage which may result by generate electricity reaction furthest in the normal operation of the truck, which ensure the truck has powerful regenerative braking ability, as well as improve the Ex safety feature.
