This article discuss of the counterweight buffer＇s effection , and it can＇t protect counterweight and itself sometimes without the assistance of counterweight safety. When the counterweight buffer works, the deceleratfon of car does not always equal to the deceleration of counterweight and will never exceeds acceleration of gravity. Base on these points, counterweight buffer could be designed or choose in a new way.
