企业合作关系、敏捷供应链和企业绩效间关系实证研究 被引量:26

An empirical study on the relationship among collaborative relationship,agile supply chain and business performance

摘要 以242家企业为研究样本,确定了企业合作关系所包含的因子,并通过因子分析和结构方程模型研究了企业合作关系、敏捷供应链效应和企业绩效三者之间的关系,验证了企业合作关系对敏捷供应链效应、企业绩效水平具有显著的正向影响,敏捷供应链效应不仅对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,还在企业合作关系与企业绩效的关系中起部分中介作用. Some academic literatures indicate that good collaborative relationship among enterprises can improve business performance, but there are not empirical researches to support its influencing effect and functionary path in the setting of agile supply chain. Using the data collected from 242 enterprises, the factors used to measure the collaborative relationship were confirmed, and using the methods of factor analysis and structural equation model, this paper explored the relationships among cooperative relationship, agile supply chain and business performance. The empirical findings indicated that the collaborative relationship has a significant and positive effect on agile supply chain effect and business performance, the agile supply chain effect can not only lead to high level of the business performance, but also have a mediate effect between the collaborative relationship and the business performance.
