摘要
纯氧换热转化合成甲醇工艺是国内首创,并在国际上首先实现工业化。文中阐述该新工艺的节能原理、工艺流程和技术难点:(1)引燃;(2)传热强化与膨胀差;(3)纯氧部分氧化的超温。还介绍了难点的突破办法。
Methanol synthesis by pure oxygen heat exchanging conversion is developed in China but commercialized outside China. This paper describes the energy conservation philosophy,process flow of the new process as well as its difficult points:(1) ignition;(2) heat transfer intensification and expansion difference;(3) oxidation over temperature for pure oxygen portion. It also introdues the breakthrough method for the difficult points.
