摘要
目的探讨心理社会因素对考试焦虑的影响。方法对50例考试焦虑者(研究组)和50例不存在考试焦虑者(对照组)采用艾森克个性问卷、社会支持量表生活事件量表进行评定分析。结果研究组艾森克个性问卷E维度得分明显低于对照组,N维度得分明显高于对照组;社会支持量表的客观支持、支持利用度及社会支持总分研究组低于对照组;生活事件量表的总的生活事件、负性生活事件得分研究组明显高于对照组。结论考试焦虑与心理社会因素高度相关,对学生进行心理干预显得尤为重要。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological and social factors on anxiety of examination. Methods A total of 50 students with anxiety of examination and 50 students without anxiety were tested with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Social Supporting Scale(SSRS)and Life Event Scale(LES ). Results Campared with control group,the score of E in EPQ was significantly lower and the score of N significantly higher in study group . The scores of objective support and social support of SSRS in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. The scores of total life events and negative life events in study group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion The anxiety of examination could have positive correlation with psychological and social factors. Thus psychological intervention is important for students.
