摘要
为提高高产梳棉机实际生产效能,从当前提高梳棉机产量的两种模式入手,对C60型梳棉机通过机构改进实现宽幅、高产、高质的机理进行了分析探讨。认为,C60型梳棉机采取了宽幅、小锡林、大夹角措施后,在高产量情况下,输出棉网单位面积质量和锡林表面纤维负荷不增加,保持了原有纤维转移系数和不降低原有梳理度;由于锡林直径减小,在相同线速度时离心力高,提高了除杂和排除短绒的作用,从而表现出较强的产品适应性,在高产条件下成纱质量优于C51型梳棉机,可达到乌斯特2001公报5%水平。
To increase high-production carding machine producing efficacy, through analysing two patterns of increasing carding machine productivity, the principle and mechanism of C60 carding machine which is broad-width, high- production and high-quality Were analysed and discussed, It is considered when C60 carding machine adopting broad width, little cylinder and big included angle, in high-production condition, output card web quality per unit area and cylinder surface fibre load are not increased, original fibre transfer coefficient and original carding degree are not changed. Because cylinder diameter is reduced when the linear speed is same centrifugal force is higher, which would increase impurity and short fibre removal. So product flexibility of C60 carding machine is better, in high-production condition yarn quality could reach Uster 2001 5% level and is better than that of C51 carding machine.
