摘要 研究以PR-Su浆料完全取代PVA的上浆工艺。对PR-Su浆料的粘着性、溶解性、浆液粘度、热稳定性、浆膜强度、浆膜耐磨性、降解性等指标进行了测试,并分析了各项指标对浆纱效果的影响,提出了适用于不同原料、不同纱号的各项工艺参数的选取范围,针对用PR-Su浆料完全取代PVA上浆实践中出现的具体问题,提出了有效的解决措施。指出:以PR-Su浆料完全取代PVA,高压桶设定温度要降低,保温时间要缩短;浆槽温度要降低,以确保浆槽粘度稳定;浆纱回潮率要提高,浆纱各段张力要降低,以弥补大量使用变性淀粉后浆膜断裂伸长偏小的不足。 Sizing processing of PR-Su size mixture replacing PVA was studied. Properties of PR-Su size mixture were tested including viscosity, dissolvability, sizing viscosity, thermo-stability, size film strength, size film wearability, degradation et al. Effect of each index on sizing was analysed. Each processing parameter range was suggested aiming different raw material and different yarn count. Effective resolving measures were given out for the problems that came from the practice of PR-Su size mixture replacing PVA. It is pointed out when using PR-Su size mixture replacing PVA, temperature setting of high-pressure barrel should be reduced, thermal insulation time should be shortened, sizing box temperature should be lower so that sizing box viscosity is stable, sizing moisture regain should be increased, each section sizing tension should be reduced so as to compensate the lower size film breaking elongation that caused by using too much modified starch.
