竹节纱生产网络监控系统的开发 被引量:1

摘要 为实现竹节纱生产管理的自动监控,在现有的竹节纱生产装置单机控制的基础上,利用计算机技术、串口通信技术等,设计出一种竹节纱生产的网络监控系统。简要介绍了系统设计思路及串口通信技术,分析了数据采集及系统通信的实现方式,阐述了系统原理、硬件构成及其监控软件的设计。通过竹节纱生产网络监控系统可以查看车间内各台设备的运行状况,自动统计产量,实时设置修改生产工艺参数。 To realize automatic monitor of slubby yarn production management, based on existing production slubby yarn single machine controlling, using computer technology and serial communication technology et al, slubby yarn network monitor system was designed. System designing thought and serial communication technology were introduced briefly, achieving method and data collection and system communication were analysed, system principle, hard ware structure and design of monitor software were elaborated. Each machine operational status in workshop could be examined through slubby network monitor system, output could be calculated automatically, and processing parameter could be modified or tested in real time.
