摘要 为顺利开发牛奶蛋白纤维与精梳长绒棉混纺针织纱,针对牛奶蛋白纤维质量比电阻大、易起静电、整齐度好、无杂质、易开松等特点,对牛奶蛋白纤维在开清棉前进行预处理,以减少静电。采用条混的混和工艺,严格控制各工序的温湿度,加强该产品生产线上挡车工的培训,实行半制品加装隔离罩、设备隔离及其他工具专线专用的原则,保证了牛奶蛋白纤维与精梳长绒棉混纺系列针织纱质量的稳定。 To produce milk protein fibre and combed long-staple cotton blended knitting yarn successfully, aim at milk protein fibre properties including larger mass specific resistance, easier static electricity, better regularity, non-impurity, easier opening and cleaning, milk protein fibre were pretreated before opening and cleaning. Sliver blending was adopted, moisture temperature was controlled strictly in each process, operator training was strengthened, semi-manufactured goods was installed screen, equipment was separated and specific tool was used in specific process. Finally the knitting yarn quality could be guaranteed.
