摘要
为了提高高含涤混纺纱的质量,进一步提升粗纱机的产能,调整了T/C 75/25 18.4 tex高含涤品种在FA4421型粗纱机上的捻系数、粗纱定量、罗拉隔距、后区牵伸倍数及粗纱锭速。在不影响产品质量的情况下,采用FA4421型粗纱机纺制高含涤混纺纱可通过适当增加粗纱定量来提高产品的产量;粗纱捻系数可偏大掌握;适当放大粗纱罗拉隔距和后区牵伸倍数有助于粗纱条干的改善。通过工艺参数的调整,纺制的高含涤混纺纱的成纱质量达到乌斯特2001公报5%水平。
To improve high contain polyester blended yarna quality and add roving machine production capacity, processing of T/C 72/25 18.4 tex high contain polyester yarn in FA4421 roving machine was adjusted including twist factor, weight per 10 m, roller gauge, draft multiple of back zone and spindle speed of roving machine. In the condition of no effeeting product quality, production capacity could be increased through adding weight per 10 m properly in spinning high contain polyester blended yarn in FA4421 roving machine. Roving twist factor should be relatively larger, roving evenness could be improved through magnifying roving roller gauge and draft multiple of back zone properly. After adjusting processing parameter, the blended yarn quality and roving evenness could reach Uster 2001 5% level.
