蒙娜克纤维混纺织物的开发

摘要 探讨蒙娜克纤维混纺低强纱的织部生产技术要点。针对蒙娜克纤维、CDP改性涤纶纤维及Ten-celA-100纤维混纺纱织物单纱强力低、总经根数多、极限筘幅织造等诸多问题,对织部工序各工艺进行了重新设计。整经工序以低速度、小张力、少磨保伸为原则,严格控制经纱不匀率;浆纱工序要求经纱增强、毛羽贴伏,有效地控制了织造经纱断头和梭口不清晰问题;织造工序优选上机工艺参数,解决了严重的断经、纬停、纬缩问题,织机效率达85%以上,下机一等品率达90%。 Key production technology points in weaving section of Mengnake fibre blended yarn which was low strength were discussed. Each processing in weaving section was redesigned aiming the problems including lower strength of Mengnake fibre, CDP modified polyester and Tencel A-100 blended yarn, more ends, limit reed width weaving et al. Principle of lower speed, less tension and less elongation were adopted in warping process, warp unevenness was controlled strictly. Increasing warp strength and reducing hair could control broken ends and guaranteed clear shed in sizing process effectively. Processing parameter was optimized in weaving process, broken ends, weft stoppage and weft shrinkage were resolved, finally loom efficiency could reach 85% and first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach 90%.
