摘要
用原子吸收分光光度计法对16名贫血运动员及24名正常(对照组)运动员血清铁、铜进行测定并进行比较。结果表明,贫血组运动员血清铁浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),贫血组运动员出现了铁代谢紊乱现象,贫血组运动员血清铜显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示原子吸收分光光度计法是灵敏可靠的监测运动员血清铁和铜等微量元素的方法,并且贫血运动员应加强对铁代谢指标的测试。
The objective of this study is to compare the serum iron and copper in sixteen anemia athletes and twenw-four normal athletes (control group) by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results show that the concentration of serum iron and copper is remarkably lower(P〈0.05) in anemia athletes than that in control group, at the same time iron metabolism turbulence exists in the anemia group. And the concentration of serum iron and copper is remarkably higher (P 〈0.05) in anemia athletes than that in control group. The results suggest that it is an authentic method to inspect serum iron and copper of athletes by atomic absorption speetrophotometer. Meanwhile, the test of iron metabolism should be enhanced among anemia athletes.
