二十四式太极拳锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症影响的研究

A Study on Effect of Taijiquan on Lumbar Disc Protrusion

将68名腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(31人)和太极拳组(37人),对照组进行常规物理治疗,太极拳组在常规疗法的基础上进行为期六个月的二十四式太极拳锻炼,并对两组对象实验前后的临床症状及下肢神经传导速度的变化进行分析,得出结论:二十四式太极拳有利腰部肌肉放松,缓解肌肉张力,增强肌肉力量,能够改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状和体征,使外周神经的传导功能得到改善。

68 patients of lumbar disc protrusionare divided into 2 groups at random： One is Taijiquan group （n = 37）, and the other is the comparison group （n= 31 ）. The comparison group is treated only by conventional therapy; The Taijiquan group takes six months Taijiquan exercises in addition to the conventional therapy. The change of clinical symptcrns and nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs are analyzed before and after the experiment. Conclusions： Taijiquan exercises can help to relax waist muscle, ease muscle tension, and increase muscle strength, which will improve the clinical symptcrns and physical characteristics of the lumbar disc protrusion patients and function of their peripheral nerve conduction.
